碳化钨旋转锉或锉刀是以微米级高硬度难熔金属碳化物(WC、TiC)粉末为主要成分,以钴(Co)或镍(Ni)、钼(Mo)为结合剂,在真空炉中烧结而成的粉末冶金制品或氢气还原炉。

应用:
硬质合金旋转锉广泛应用于机械、汽车、船舶、化工、工艺雕刻等工业部门。主要用途有:
(1)各种金属模具型腔的精加工。
(2)各种金属(铸铁、铸钢、碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢、铜、铝等)和非金属(玉石、大理石、骨头等)的工艺雕刻。
(3)铸件、锻件、焊缝的飞边、毛刺、焊缝的清理,如铸造厂、造船厂、汽车厂等。
(4)各种机械零件的倒角、沟槽加工,管道的清理,机械零件内孔表面的精加工,如机械厂、修理厂等。
(5)叶轮流道的抛光,如汽车发动机厂。

如何选择硬质合金旋转锉/锉刀
1、截面形状的选择硬质合金旋转锉
硬质合金旋转毛刺工具的截面形状应根据所锉零件的形状来选择,使两者的形状相互适应。锉削内圆弧面时,选用半圆锉或圆形锉(适用于小直径工件);锉内角面时,选用三角锉刀;锉内直角面时,可以选择平锉或方锉等。使用平锉锉内直角面时,注意使锉刀的窄边(光边)无齿靠近内直角面之一,以避免损坏直角面。
2、锉刀齿厚的选择
锉齿的厚度应根据加工余量尺寸、加工精度、被加工工件的材料特性来选择。粗齿锉适用于加工余量大、尺寸精度低、形位公差大、表面粗糙度值大、材质软的工件;否则,应选择细齿锉刀。使用时根据工件要求的加工余量、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度进行选择。
3、硬质合金锉刀尺寸规格的选择
硬质合金旋转锉的尺寸规格应根据被加工工件的尺寸和加工余量来选择。当加工尺寸和余量较大时,应选用大规格锉刀,否则应选用小规格锉刀。
4、锉刀齿型的选择
钨钢磨头锉刀的齿形应根据所锉工件的性质来选择。锉削铝、铜、软钢等软材料工件时,最好使用单齿(铣齿)锉刀。单齿锉前角大,楔角小,排屑槽大,不易被切屑堵塞。切削刃很锋利。
